Planning and Timetables
Organisation is the key. The Timetables and Planners page has a variety of charts used by governesses over the years. The key is to adjust them to suit you. I will use the teacher planner for my own cross of list but always do a kid friendly one to help them with their own routines and develop independance from preschool onwards.
Below are examples of weekly work planners which the children and you use to keep track of their work. I always give the children responsibility for crossing off work items

Magnetic White board with electrical tape columns.
This helps keep track of whose suppose to be where and when. It you have several kids then put all there lessons and meetings on this one.
